We will do everything within our power to rectify the situation, and if you are still not satisfied will provide a refund or offer credit to be used later on WorkSimpli.io.

Please go to your "Account Settings" to cancel. You will receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail.

• If you have a refund, return or exchange request for an order you placed with WorkSimpli Software LLC (acting as an authorized reseller for the merchant), please contact LegalSimpli via email at support@legalsimpli.com no later than thirty (30) days after you submitted the order to WorkSimpli Software LLC. WorkSimpli Software LLC may grant an extension to the 30 days at their discretion. Please view Terms & Conditions at https://legalsimpli.com/terms/.
• Our team will process your request within 1-2 business days of receiving your request. We will work with you to rectify the problem or provide a full refund.
• Any $1 payment for credit card verification or authorization will be 100% refundable at customer’s request.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund any money you pay to third parties, such as payments made to affiliates. We can only refund funds paid directly to WorkSimpli Software LLC.
